Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items.
Intimate apparel, such as underwear.

Return Process:
Email us at customersupport@petrobelgrade.com to initiate a return and include your order number.
You will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
